NOVATRAIL provides AI-based services, cloud computing solutions, and technology platforms. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case.
• You are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness and accuracy of any AI-generated output before relying on it.
• NOVATRAIL does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of its AI services.
• Service availability, features, and specifications may change without prior notice.
• Usage of AI services is subject to applicable fair usage policies and rate limits.

When you create an account on our platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOVATRAIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by NOVATRAIL. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NOVATRAIL, its partners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Any dispute resolution shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary, before resorting to litigation.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
